Keto Cajun Spiced Crackers

Ingredients:

  • ¾ c. Almond flour
  • Cajun seasoning to taste
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. Cheddar jack cheese
  • 2 tbsp. Cream cheese
  • 1 Egg

Instructions:

  1.  Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  2.   Combine  mozzarella cheese, cheddar jack cheese and cream cheese in a microwave safe mixing bowl
  3.  Once all the cheese is in the mixing bowl place in microwave for 1 minute. Remove the bowl and stir the cheese. If it is not melted completely, place back in  microwave on 30 second increments until it is a smooth and you can mold into a ball.
  4.  Once melted, add ¾ of a cup of almond flour to the mixing bowl. Stir the mixture well until everything is combined. It should be firm, but keep stirring. You may need to place bowl back in the microwave for 30 seconds to loosen up the cheese mixture (only if needed)
