Pressure Cooker Mac and Cheese
Make creamy homemade Macaroni and Cheese in under 30 minutes with the help of a pressure cooker for a quick and yummy dinner.

- 1lb. Elbow Macaroni
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 4 Cups water
- 1 Tablespoon Mustard
- 1 Teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 12 oz. Can Evaporated Milk
- 3 Cups (12 oz.) Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup (3 oz.) Parmesan Cheese, shredded
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine water, pasta, mustard, Tabasco, butter, and salt in the pressure cooker, and stir. Lock the lid and set for 4 minutes on manual mode (high pressure).
- Do a quick release after cook time is done, and remove lid. The water will be absorbed into the pasta.
- Keep the pot in warm mode and stir in evaporated milk. Stir in the cheese a cup at a time.
