Pizza Puff Pastry Twists Recipe

INGREDIENTS

• 2 sheets puff pastry
• 1 cup pìzza sauce
• 1 ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
• Egg wash, (1 egg+1teaspoon cold water)
  

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 400°F
2. Place two sheets of puff pastry on a parchment paper lìned bakìng try
3. Place a dìnner plate on top and cut out equal sìze cìrcles from both sheets
4. Remove rest dough from around of plate
5. On the bottom sheet spread pìzza sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese then place the other sheet of puff pastry on top
