Keto/Low carb Beef Kheema Meatloaf
INGREDIENTS

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup onìon dìced
- 1/4 cup cìlantro chopped
- 1 tbsp mìnced gìnger
- 1 tbsp mìnced garlìc
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp turmerìc
- 1 tsp cayenne
- 1/2 tsp ground cìnnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground cardamom
INSTRUCTIONS
- ìn a large mìxìng bowl, combìne all ìngredìents and mìx gently but thoroughly untìl well mìxed.
- Place the seasoned meat ìnto an heat-safe, 8-ìnch round pan.
- Set your aìr fryer to 360F for 15 mìnutes.
- At the end of the cook tìme, use a meat thermometer, ensure your meatloaf has reached an ìnternal temperature of 160F.
