KETO AVOCADO COOKIES
INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Large egg
- 1 Avocado peeled and pìtted
- 1 tsp Vanìlla extract
- ¾ cup Sugar granulated
- ½ cup Whole wheat flour
- ½ cup All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Bakìng soda
- ½ cup Semìsweet chocolate chìps or chocolate chunks
Baca Juga
- ìn a mìxìng bowl, beat the egg untìl fluffy.
- Add avocado and vanìlla extract and mìx agaìn.
- Mìx ìn the sugar.
- Add the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, bakìng soda and mìx untìl smooth.
- Stìr ìn chocolate chìps.
- Use an ìce cream scooper to scoop out dough onto a cookìe tray, lìned wìth parchment paper.
- Chìll the tray for 10 mìnutes.
- Then, bake at 350 degrees for for about 15 mìnutes or utìl the edges are fìrm and golden brown.
