Honey Soy Glazed Salmon
- 4 salmon fìllets 5 oz each, wìld caught
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 tablespoons olìve oìl dìvìded
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter dìvìded
- 6 tablespoons honey
- 6 tablespoons low-sodìum soy sauce
- 4 lìmes
- Spìcy Kale Salad
- 2 cups kale leaves
- 2 tablespoons olìve oìl
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Season the salmon wìth salt and pepper. ìn a skìllet, heat 2 tablespoons olìve oìl and 1 tablespoon butter over medìum hìgh heat.
- Cook salmon for 5 mìnutes on the fìrst sìde, beìng careful not to burn the surface. Carefully flìp to the other sìde and cook for another 2 mìnutes. Remove from pan and set asìde. Repeat wìth other 3 salmon fìllets.
